All three Partners of TTC are duly registered Estate Administrators in accordance with current legislation.

TTC is able to handle all aspects of Estate Administration from the proving of Wills, collation of all necessary documents in order to register an Estate, assist in the valuation of Estate assets and the transfer of assets including any shares and immovable property contained in an Estate. We prepare and carry out the statutory advertising and preparation of final accounts as well as all aspects of tax payment and the necessary tax clearance as part of the transfer process.

We are also able to prepare and obtain documents for official use in such foreign jurisdictions to assist beneficiaries in the transfer of assets such as bank accounts, property or shares in such jurisdictions.
